This large remodel project in Lakewood, CO is currently in progress. The job scope includes the installation of engineered hardwood flooring, Sheetrock repair, full interior house paint, and a kitchen remodel.
So far we have repaired Sheetrock and given the interior walls a fresh coat of Sherman Williams Cashmere Ultra White Paint. The flooring has also started going in. In the kitchen we had to rebuild the toekicks on base cabinets due to water damage, as well as building out support for the heavy quartz countertops.
Update/ The Lakewood Remodel project is moving along! The engineered hardwood flooring is installed, as well as carpet in the upstairs bedrooms. Pine baseboard has been stained and installed; next step for the baseboard is to apply a finish coat which we will spray in place after a good masking job. A custom Pine wall cap has been installed in the entryway. Notice the transition from apron trim to baseboard. Though the moulding s are different heights, the profiles are the same which allowed for a clean, waterfall transition. Currently working on the kitchen, refacing/refinishing the cabinets and updating the tile backsplash. Stay tuned!
Update/ The Lakewood Remodel is finished! The kitchen cabinet reface/refinish was the last phase of the project, and it turned out really nice. The new shaker style, painted Maple doors and drawer fronts, as well as the finished end panels were ordered from Facelifters. The face frames, inside of cabinets, and anywhere else a finished end panel was not applied, are coated with Stix waterbourn primer, and Benjamin Moore Advance paint.[ngg src=”galleries” ids=”2″ display=”basic_thumbnail”]
